AIAI SEO Tool

Privacy Policy

Effective July 18, 2026

AI SEO Tool("we", "us") provides an SEO platform that helps website owners audit their site, research keywords, track rankings, generate content, publish it, and view their search analytics. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to provide the service.

Information we collect

  • Account information — your email address and organization details, used to create and secure your account.
  • Website information you provide — the domains you add and content you create or edit within the tool.
  • Google Search Console data — if you choose to connect Google Search Console, we access your search performance data (clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and search queries) on a read-only basis to show you analytics inside the tool.
  • Connection credentials — if you connect a CMS (e.g. WordPress) or Google Search Console, we store the necessary access credentials or tokens, encrypted, so we can publish content or read analytics on your behalf.
  • Usage data — basic records of the jobs you run (audits, keyword research, articles) to operate and meter the service.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

  • provide the features you request (audits, research, rankings, content, publishing, analytics);
  • display your own Search Console analytics back to you;
  • publish content to your connected website when you ask us to;
  • secure your account and operate the service.

Google user data — Limited Use

AI SEO Tool's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We only access Google Search Console data with the read-only scope webmasters.readonly and only to provide the analytics features you use.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
  • We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with the law.
  • No humans read your Google data except where you explicitly request support, where required for security, or as required by law.

How your data is stored and protected

  • Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Supabase) with row-level security that isolates every organization's data.
  • Connection credentials and Google tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are only ever decrypted on our server — never exposed to your browser.
  • All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers strictly to operate the service. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
  • Google — Search Console data you choose to connect.
  • DataForSEO — keyword, ranking, and SERP data.
  • OpenRouter — AI text generation for content and reports.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect Google Search Console or a CMS at any time from within the tool, which deletes the stored credentials or tokens. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at the address below.

Revoking access

You can revoke AI SEO Tool's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting inside the tool.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
